Toni is an educational professional with 30 years of expertise in both classroom instruction and district-level curriculum development with Chicago Public Schools. As an Early Childhood Professional Learning Specialist, and previously as a PK - 2nd Math Specialist, her work has impacted over 450 schools, numerous teachers and administrators, and countless students. Through collaboration with multiple stakeholders, Toni develops the capacities of teachers and administrators to build, implement, and sustain high-quality, equitable early childhood education programs. She is a co-lead faciliator for NAEYC's Early Math Interenst Form, is on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Council of Teachers of Mathematics as an Early Childhood - 6th Grade Director and just finished a 2 year term on the Development and Research in Early Math Education (DREME) Family Math Advisory Board.
