I am currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at El Paso in the department of Counseling, Special Education, and Educational Psychology. I earned my doctoral degree in counselor education and supervision from the University of Iowa with a master’s degree in Statistics. My research interests include feminist approaches to counselor education, trauma-informed approach, and researcher identity of women. This is my first time to join the SACES conference and I am thrilled to meet you colleagues :)
